First clean and trim your green beans of using fresh ones.

Next heat the butter and the oil in a skillet over a medium high heat. Once melted and combined, add the green beans. Do not over crowd them. Place them in a single layer turning them as they gently brown.

Add the Worcestershire sauce, the Sriracha and the fresh lemon juice and toss to coat. Now add the bacon and combine. Cook for 1-2 more minutes.

Transfer the beans to a beautiful plate and sprinkle with the gorgonzola crumbles.
