I love going out to eat as much as the next person. What I don’t like is he bill when it comes now. I cannot get over the inflation we are experiencing on EVERYTHING! Two people going out to eat is now minimum $80.00 and that’s just too much to spend on Takeout Food. Luckily you can create the same flavors of your favorite restaurant meals right in your very own kitchen and today I’m going to share with you my elevated PF Chang’s Asian Lettuce Wraps. Description

We've taken the flavors and broken them down into a recipe you can create at home for a fraction of the cost! Your family will love this zesty and flavorful recipe!

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat up the avocado oil. Add the ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes or until no longer pink inside. Be sure to break the meat up into bite size pieces for easy serving. 

    Add the jalapeno, green onion and garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Add the basil, lime juice, coconut aminos, sweet Asian chili sauce and sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves into the meal. 

  2. To serve: Place turkey mixture in lettuce leave and add Chick-fi-A sauce. Top with julienned cucumber and carrots and serve with rice and fresh tomatoes and cucumber.
