Start by butterflying boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Season the insides with salt and pepper.
In a bowl combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, green onion, cooked prosciutto and McCormick seasoning mixing well to incorporate.
Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with a little olive oil. Spread thee divided mixture on the right side of each chicken breast, spreading evenly. Next place 5-6 asparagus spears over the mixture and pull the left side over the right securing with a toothpick if needed.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. Once done let it rest for 5 minutes before serving with your preferred side dish.
