If you’re like me, you get bored with the same old same old each and every night. There are only so many meats out there to choose from and I am not only a firm believer in great flavor, but also switching up the mundane. We eat a lot of white meat in our home and that includes a lot of baked porkchops. It’s affordable for us and because I’m not afraid of flavor or trying something new I am able to always keep that protein exciting.
This baked pork chops recipe is a great example of that. Having a large selection of spices in my kitchen is an absolute must. I can proudly say I have a spice cabinet most chefs would envy. That’s important to me so that I can create instant flavor profiles that I wouldn’t be able to create otherwise without planning ahead.
The combination of flavorful spices and the sweetness of the AH-SO Sauce and pork rinds are what makes this baked porkchops recipe pop with new, unexpected flavor and a true family favorite. I love to serve it with some rice made in the InstaPot using my homemade stock and more must have seasonings from my collection. A veggie of your choice caps off this delicious comfort food dish. Give it a try today and see for yourself just how good it is. But there is one thing I should warn you about… make sure you make enough. Even the pickiest of eaters will love this dish.
